
THE TUSCAN TANGO
This Refreshing Cocktail Was Created While I Was On The Italian Riviera During A Marathon Wine Tour. I Have Adapted It To The States With The Tango Syrup Recipe. If You Can Find The Italian Liqueur "Aperol" Use That For The Authentic Flavor, Until Then Use My Tango Syrup As A Substitute.
1 1/2 OZ.TANGO SYRUP (RECIPE FOLLOWS)
4 OZ.PINOT GRIGIO WINE
SPLASH SODA
ICE
1 EA.THIN LEMON SLICE
Fill Wine Glass With Ice, Add Tango Syrup & Wine, Top With Splash Of Soda & Lemon Slice.
TUSCAN TANGO SYRUP
1 CUP SUGAR
1 QT. BIG RED SODA
1 CUP CAMPARI
2 TBLS. BITTERS (PEYCHAUD)
2 TBLS. BITTERS (ANGOSTURA)
Prepare Simple Syrup With Sugar & Big Red, Add Remaining Ingredients & Cool
