CERTIFICATIONS
Every employee of MICHAELS is required to complete a state approved "Food Handlers and Sanitation Program" AND MAINTAIN A CURRENT HEALTH CARD issued by the Fort Worth Health Department.

Every Service Staff Employee is Required To Complete An Alcohol Awareness Program Given By The TABC Or The Texas Restaurant Association – And Maintain A Current TABC Card Issued By An Accredited Agency Of The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission.

Michaels Requires These Certifications To Maintain The High Foodservice Sanitation Standards, And The Safe Service Of Alcohol, Prevalent In Our Operation.
