TEXAS HONEY HABANERO MUSTARD GLAZE
FOR OLD BAY GRILLED SALMON

1 QT HONEY
1 QT PREPARED MUSTARD
1 QT DIJON MUSTARD
1 QT CORN OIL
1 CUP CIDER VINEGAR
2 TSP ONION POWDER
1 TSP SEA SALT
1 TSP FRESH GROUND PEPPER
3 TSP HABANERO PEPPER POWDER (CAN SUBSTITUTE CHIPOTLE POWDER)
2 TSP DRY MUSTARD

1.COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS, EXCEPT FOR THE OIL IN A MIXING BOWL AND MIX WELL, ONCE COMBINED, SLOWLY ADD THE OIL TO EMULSIFY
2.PLACE CONTENTS IN CLEAN CONTAINERS.  COVER, LABEL AND DATE.
