FLORIDA KEY LIME PIE

YIELD: 2 11" FLUTED PIE PANS

CRUST;  
1 QT.  GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS
1/4CUP SUGAR
1/2 LB.  BUTTER, MELTED

FILLING;
24   EGG YOLKS
3 CUPS  KEY LIME JUICE
6 CANS  14 OZ. SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
   
1. PREPARE THE GRAHAM CRACKER CRUSTS IN A 350 OVEN FOR 10 MINUTES

2. IN AN ELECTRIC MIXER WITH THE WHISK ATTACHMENT BEAT THE YOLKS UNTIL THEY RIBBON, MIX THE REMAINING FILLING INGREDIENTS INTO THE RIBBONED EGG YOLKS, POUR INTO THE BAKED CRUSTS. BAKE IN A 350 OVEN FOR 10-12 MINUTES.
